Return & Refund Policy

At BESTSUPPLEMENT, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring product safety and quality standards are maintained.

Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns once the product has been successfully delivered. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives products that are safe, hygienic, and untampered.

However, we understand that issues may occur during shipping or order fulfillment. Therefore, we do accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  The product received is "damaged during transit"
  The product is "defective or compromised"
  You have received an "incorrect item different from your order"

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a request, you must contact us within "12 hours of delivery". Please provide:

  Clear images or unboxing video of the product
  Order details (Order ID, name, and contact information)

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  Refunds will be processed within "5–7 business days"
  The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Important Notes

  Products that are "opened, used, or tampered with" are not eligible for return or refund
  Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
